Choosing a career can be an exciting challenge, and the more career options you explore the more likely you are to make a good choice.
In this assignment, I would like you to describe three career choices that you are currently considering and why you feel that you would be successful and happy in each of those careers.
Your write-up should have four paragraphs: a short paragraph for each of your three career choices and a concluding paragraph in which you describe any trends that you can identify from your three career paragraphs (working with people, working outdoors, etc.). Spend some time thinking about your choices and take the time to plan out and produce thoughtful paragraphs. Consider your skills, likes, ethics, values and how your visual impairment may effect these choices.
The purpose of this assignment is two-fold: a.)To get you to think about why certain careers interest you and b.)To give me an opportunity to assess your writing skills and to give you feedback that you can use in later assignments.
